Here is an adorable rare German vintage Steiff Flossy Fish, made from 1960 to 1964 in this very first edition, and highly collectible! Flossy is made from hand painted white, red and yellow mohair, 28 cm / 11 inches long, has huge back painted glass eyes, and a felt mouth, and is firmly stuffed. Steiff Flossy goldfish is in very good vintage condition but lost all Steiff identification marks.

Steiff Flossy would be a charming and famous addition to your vintage toy collection or Steiff collection and makes a fine gift obviously to any collector or shabby chic toy lover!

In Germany there is a tale about a magic golden fish, living in the sea, granting wishes like a fairy godmother to a poor fisherman. Maybe Flossy here is just as magic? Worth a try!
