Description

Beautiful antique apothecary bottle made of brown glass with a glass stopper from around 1900. The glass stopper is too small and therefore only sits loosely on the bottle. The bottle is faceted and the base and the faceted stopper are ground. In addition, it still has its original enamel inscription in black on a white background "Red. Menth. Pip.` (Mentha Piperita = peppermint) in the form of a coat of arms with a golden border. The glass has air pockets which speaks for its authenticity and age. As a decorative accessory in the kitchen or apartment, it is an extravagant eye-catcher. Due to its patina and the few signs of wear, it has a wonderful vintage charm. There are small chips on the lid.
