Description

2 beautiful antique apothecary bottles made of brown glass with a glass stopper from around 1900. The glass stopper on the large bottle is too small and therefore only sits loosely on the bottle. The bottles are faceted and the bottom and the faceted stopper are ground. They also have their original enamel inscription in black on a white background 'Kal. tart Borax. / Calcar. carbon. Praec.` in the form of a coat of arms with a golden border. The bottles have air pockets which speaks for their authenticity and their age. As decorative accessories in the kitchen or apartment, they are an extravagant eye-catcher. Due to their patina and the few signs of wear, they have a wonderful vintage charm. Small chips are present.
