Description

This little kit from PippinKits is simple to make and would be suitable for anyone new to tapestry. This Mosaic style design requires a simple diagonal long stitch to make the little coloured blocks but the colour combination makes for an eye-catching item when finished. I have loved designing this little Pincushion project and very excited ud83dude06 to share this tapestry kit with you.

The Appletons wool included in all my kits is British from sheep to needle ? it comes from the Yorkshire wool markets and is also dyed and spun in Yorkshire. Appletons prides itself on the quality and consistency of the wool it produces. It was founded in 1835 by Thomas Appleton and has a long history that includes being used by the famous 19th century designer William Morris.

Perhaps it would make a lovely gift for a friend or family member who might enjoy some proper thread therapy.

I hope you agree that this Tapestry Pincushion is a really pretty item. Itu2019s such fun to do and itu2019s lovely to end up with something really useful too.

All the necessary wool and materials are included in each PippinKits Tapestry Pincushion Kit along with detailedu00a0instructions. It measures approximately 9.5cm x 9.5cm when finished and all you need to find at home to complete the project areu00a0some scissors. Then you're good to go!u00a0
