The supple and strength are like as the beauty of a Japanese woman wearing a kimono.

ICHIHARA Kaunsai (1916-1995)
In 1935, he became a disciple of YAMAGUCHI-Chikuyosai.
Since 1975, he has exhibited at the Seibu Kogei Exhibition and the Japan Traditional Art Crafts Exhibition.
Received three awards at the Seibu Kogei Exhibition. Certified as a traditional craftsman in 1980.
