Offered are a pair of pearl and gold dress studs, ideal for a groom or groomsmen.

This matched pair of collar studs features natural pearls measuring some 6.5mm across the gold cups bring the diameter to 6.8mm. Worn on a dress shirt either with or without a collar they can both dress up or dress down a formal look. They carry no date mark but will be no later than the 1920s and most probably 19th century.

Ideal for a summer wedding or evening formal event.

One of the studs is without any fault. The second has been repaired and does still show the shadow of a hole in the nacre. You can either let this show its age and history or simply turn the stud so that the mark is pointing downwards and not visible. Please see the last photo for this detail.

The studs will be delivered in what looks to be their original box, as shown.
