Here is a cute vintage Steiff hand puppet cat with all Steiff IDu2019s; her silver script button, yellow label (0317,00), Steiff paper chest tag (very aged, see photographs) and original silk bow.
Old Steiff tabby cat hand puppet is made of grey and white mohair plush with plastic eyes, whiskers, embroidered nose, and claws. This second last edition of Steiff hand puppet cats was produced from 1965 to 1967, we can date it exactly by the IDu2019s. Vintage Steiff Hand - Cat is extremely popular still, a highly collectible vintage Steiff glove puppet. Cats head is firmly stuffed with excelsior (wood wool), the plastic sheath for the puppet playeru2019s finger is still present.

Steiff tabby cat puppet measures 17 cm / 6 u00be inches ? glove only (fits to every average sized adult hand), and 23 cm / 9 inches with head.
Cute old Steiff cat hand puppet is in particularly good vintage condition, mohair and embroidered claws are of the finest preservation as you can see in the photographs!
