I love gourds, and would really like to be able to create the gourd art masterpieces that I have seen. ButtI can't do that. I can, however, add some little ones to a quilted piece, and that's how this wall hangingtcame about. The gourds are stained and shellacked and hanging by cords from a single-fabric backing, which istmachine quilted.
