All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or My Hermes
UK: All orders are shipped first class of delivery times take between 1-3 working days
Europe: Orders are shipped as standard, prices as shown, delivery times take between 3-7 working days
International: Orders are shipped as standard, prices as shown, delivery times take between 5-12 working days

We cannot guarantee delivery dates (as much as we would like to!) as once it is in Royal Mail / My Hermes care, it is subject to their delivery times, which may vary due to location, weather and peak times.

S AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to accept s up to 30 days after receipt of item, if you would like to your item for a different colour or size, or to simply the item please keep tags attached. Postage and packaging will not be ed, buyer pays for postage.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you have ordered (it happens!) please contact us within 14 days and we will give you a full or replacement, on reciept of evidence (photograph or of item)
