CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your order for a full as long as the actual embroidery has not begun. If you'd like to change your order not caused by our mistake we can only about 80% of the total amount you've paid as we accept payments through the third part which takes about 20% of non-able .

Shipping :

I ship my orders from Novi Sad, Serbia, Europe
You'll receive the note from Etsy once your order has been shipped. I will let you know when your package is on the way. I will also send you a tracking number of your package information about it will be available only after parcel will be registered in your country post system (it may take up to 1-2 weeks).
Please note that some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: Germany, UK, France, Italy and Australian post.
From the first day you can track your parcel on the site of Serbian Post until it is registered in your country.

Delivery time:

If item is ready I usually ship within 1-3 business days, if item is made to order I usually ship next business day after completion. Made to order items waiting time is 1-2 weeks prior the shipping, please allow this time for me to made your order.

Here are approximate terms of shipping:
- USA: 2 - 4 weeks, even 5 in some cases and that is something that I can not manage.
- Canada: 2 -4 weeks
- Australia: 3-4 weeks (sometimes longer, depending on work of Australian custom)
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Rest of World: 2-3 weeks

Lost Item:

I will provide the if a registered mail package is lost. Package is considered lost if it doesn't come within 2 months from posting date and tracking info approves that. Accidents happen, and I am happy to repair or alter purchases at little to no cost to the customer. Send me a message so we can work something out.
