Please note the Base Price ($45) may include the following service:
- Restore and colorize one (1) image or person (Head and shoulder area.) (Note: More covered areas to be restored and colorized will require additional cost.)
- Standard restoration (light to medium damage)
- Fix nicks/scratches
- Fix white spots/marks
- Fix creases
- Fix faded images
- Fix damaged parts
*** More complicated photo restoration and colorization may incur additional cost due to the amount of time needed to finish the project.) ***

Please contact us with any questions before you purchase (very important), especially if you have a specific type of edit that you need and is not listed in this particular service. The cost for extensive or more complicated photo restoration will be evaluated on a case by case basis. It is best to contact us first so we can provide you a proper quote or cost. The price shown in this listing does not cover complicated/extensive photo editing (such as: adding cropped body part(s), filling in missing photo section, restoring the parts ruined by water), for all these will require a lot of work / time.
Below is our detailed instructions:
1. We strongly advise that you contact us first by sending a convo or message, and mention your specific wish or detailed expectations. Please include in your message the photo you would like us to work on. We will evaluate the photo and will let you know if they are workable, or if it is beyond repair. Please send the largest or highest resolution photos in JPEG format (scanned in 300 to 600 dpi if you have a scanner. The higher the resolution the better.). You will receive a response from us within 24 hours.
2. After we discussed the details of editing work and you then decide to go with our service, we will message you a link to purchase the photo restoration service listing.
3. Once payment is received, we will begin processing your order.
4. The turnaround time for each project is approximately within 5 to 7 business days (depending on the complexity) from the day you made the payment.
*** Please keep in mind during very busy season (such as November and December), it might take approximately between 1 to 3 weeks. ***
5. We will send to you the Edited Digital Photo Proof File in JPG format (with our shop's logo/text) through Etsy message attachment. Once you approve the proof, we will email you the Final Digital File (without our shop's logo/text). If there is a need for some minor changes / revisions, please let us know, we will continue working on your photo until you are completely satisfied. But please note that major changes not discussed initially (such as: adding more details in certain areas, object removal and other complex editing) may incur additional fee. Once you approve the proof, we will email you the Final Digital File (without our shop's logo/text).
Digital File means, there will be no actual printed copy to be sent to you. You will receive the final edited digital photo file from us through email. You can print this digital file using your home printer, or you may send it to an online printing services, or just take the digital file to your local photo center / printing shop and you can have it printed however many pieces you would like. *** NOTE: Additional will be applied if you would request us to print the photo for you and have it shipped to your address. ' Shipping' in this listing is for a Digital File only which will be sent to you thru Etsy convo or to your email.
The Final Edited Digital Photo File is for personal use only and NOT for resale or business use.
