Description4 sets of vacuum tubes from the MELZ plant. 1950s production.
General description
Double triode with indirect incandescence - 6H9C is designed to work in pre-amplifiers of low-frequency signals, in phase inverter circuits, in the cascades of various measuring equipment. The radio lamp provides voltage amplification without additional distortion. Foreign analogues - 6SU7, 6113, 6SL7GT most accurately meet the required parameters and properties of the triode 6H9C. The radio lamp has a glass body, which is mounted on the octal base.
Basic technical parameters
` Operating voltage at each of the anodes: 250 V.
` Current in the circuit of each of the anodes: 2.3 mA.
` Gain of each device (triode): 70.
` Shear voltage on the first (control) grid: - 2 V.
` Required voltage for incandescence: 6.3 V.
` Average current in the incandescent circuit: 0.3 A.
