For sale is a vintage Olympus Trip AF 51 (date) automatic film camera, introduced by Olympus in 1998.
The Trip AF 51 was marketed as a "no-frills camera for vacationers" and best suited for sunny days.

Camera tested with film and batteries, all functions work well.
The camera is in excellent vintage condition, see photos.

- The camera is equipped with a 28 mm wide-angle lens with f 5.6 aperture, which is protected by a sliding cover. Lens design 3 elements in 3 groups.
- Active autofocus system. Minimum focusing distance: 0.8 m.
- Ability to set the date that will be printed on the photo.
- There is a built-in flash on the front panel of the case. Flash modes: automatic, red-eye reduction, fires in low light conditions. Flash range: 0.8 to 2.3 m for ISO 100, 0.8 to 4.6 m for ISO 400.
- Shutter speed range: 1/40 - 1/140 sec.
- The camera independently determines the ISO sensitivity of film 100-400 units using the DX code; for films without a DX code, ISO 100 is set.
- Automatic advance and rewind of film.
- Self-timer with 10 second delay.
- Dimensions 111.5 x 64.5 x 38 mm. Weight 136 g.
- Powered by two AA batteries (not included).
