Description

Olympus TRIP XB401 vintage compact 35mm camera. Part of the Trip series, first released in 1984.

The camera is equipped with a 27mm wide-angle lens and f 6.3 aperture with three elements in three groups. The lens is protected by a sliding "XA" style cover, which also serves as a power switch when the lens is opened.

The Olympus TRIP XB401 was marketed as a "no-frills camera for vacationers" and best suited for sunny days.

This is a really lightweight, easy to carry and easy to use camera. All you need is 2 AA batteries and a roll of 35mm film and your camera is ready to go!

The camera independently determines the ISO sensitivity of the film using the DX code.
