Should the package not reached you after 2 weeks of purchasing, please e-mail us so that we can investigate into the matter for you.

Replacement product available within 30 days

If the product is damaged on arrival or if the item have been u201cLost in Transit` during delivery, whereby the customer does not receive their purchases within a 21 days window from the date of the completed payment transaction, you can contact us by e-mail and we will be more than happy to send off a replacement to you on the following working day. We will bear the cost of the Postage again to send a replacement. If however the product is irreplaceable due to Out-of-Stock or manufacturer no longer produces the item, we will offer a full for your purchase excluding the consumed postage.
In any case, we will definitely inform you of the circumstances and offer our customer an option to either obtain a replacement, a or selecting an alternative product of similar costs.
