Description

Here comes a sweet sleeping vintage Steiff Floppy cat produced from 1953 to 1969 only! Steiff button and label are lost. Our cat here is the smaller of two sizes; it measures 18 cm / 7 1/8 inches paw to paw.
Kitty cat is lying flat on its stomach, all four stretched out, and obviously sleeping, probably snoring. Old cat has stitched eyes, embroidered nose and mouth, and is made of black and grey tabby hand brushed mohair, which is a little bit thinned in some areas (please, do see all photos!). The old Steiff sleeping cat is softly stuffed and still very cuddly. The organza bow was added by me.

Please observe that this listing is for the depicted smallest old Steiff Floppy cat ONLY, all other items you may see in the photographs will NOT come with the small vintage sleeping tabby cat! The larger Steiff Floppy cat ( in the last photo) is listed in our store as well!
