HOW TO ORDER

** STEP ONE ? ORDERING **
1. Enter the number of pet images in the "NUMBER OF PETS" column.
2. In the PERSONALIZATION column, fill in the following information:
` Image size and orientation
` Text & font
3. Complete the payment.

** STEP TWO ? SEND PHOTOS **
It is highly recommended to send your best photos via Etsy messages. However, if that option encounters issues, please send photos via our email (jmartenart@).

PHOTO GUIDELINES (SEE EXAMPLE IN PHOTO) These are just guidelines; we can work with anything, try to provide the BEST possible photo. Let us know if you need help in selecting a photo.
1. We recommend a photo of your pet sitting or standing.
2. Ensure there are no blurry parts.
3. Get close to your pet and take a photo from their head to their chest.
4. Bright photos or photos taken outside on a bright day. Avoid using flash, and the camera should not face the light.
5. You can send multiple photos so we can provide the best options.
We replicate the photo you provide.
Make sure you are overall satisfied with the photo you send to us.

** STEP THREE ? PORTRAIT CREATION **
Created using Photoshop. Minor changes like removing small objects may be possible. Objects not present in the photo unfortunately cannot be added.

** STEP FOUR ? RECEIVE YOUR FILE **
Your portrait will be completed within 1 day, and high-resolution .jpg file (300 DPI) will be available for download in your email.
