This Palekh Jewelry Box, Ukrainian Art Painting School lacquer box was
handmade from papier mache and hand painted by oil & tempera paints,
multi-layer lacquer finish, hinged. The box is painted by talented Ukrainen
artist Kovalyova S. and signed by him on a buttom. He is very professional
in painting of Ukrainian Fairy Tales, animals, butterfly & birds. Contemporary,
new, in a perfect condition. It looks much better in person. Very detail painted.

The box is classically black colored and the interior is red. Surface and
interior are smooth and glance.
