LL WRAPS ARE SOLD AS A SET OF 2 WRAPS

Size of Wraps: 24.5"x48.5"

Equipment used:
Our wraps are printed using a Roland TrueVIS Large-Format Inkjet Printer using Eco SOL ink. We us Rapid Air Release Vinyl which eliminates any bubbles you may have during application of the wrap on the cornhole board making it much easier for the customer that might be there first time applying a cornhole wrap. The wraps also come laminated at and additional cost that will provide a UV protection of up to 5-7 years.

Why buy from us:
My wife Amber and I are both Army Veterans that decided to start and run our own business. It all started 5 years ago in our garage with the dream of retiring from the Army making cornhole boards. We are high school sweethearts that met in carpentry class over 28 years ago. Our dream is to work from home and enjoy time with our kids and grandchildren and not have to work for someone else.

Application:
All wraps must be applied dry and to a very clean, smooth surface. We recommend using at least 220 grit sandpaper to sand the tops of the boards and use a air compressor to blue the dust off prior to applying the wraps. There are plenty of YouTube videos on "how to apply an cornhole wrap" that you can use as a guide for your boards.

We highly recommend that you purchase our laminated wraps as they are a lot easier to apply and last longer. If you choice to purchase our non-laminated wraps, we recommend that you use high quality water based polyethylene

The laminating process provides extra protection as well as excellent UV and abrasion resistance up to 7 years. With laminated graphics, just apply and PLAY! Center hole is not pre-cut and will not be printed on the design. The only time a circle will be printed is if once it is applied to the board and trimmed, creating a ring around the hole. This allows you to install the graphic to your custom built board, then cut the hole out with a razor blade. We recommend that once the wraps are applied and you trimmed the hole and the outside edges, you trim off the outside edges to give yourself that 1/8" or 1/4" border to set the look off! This will also allow the edge of the wood to protect the edge of the wraps and significantly extend their lifespan vs. cutting the wraps flush with the edge of the boards.
