DescriptionHere we have a delightful 12th scale Victoria Sponge cake on a serving dish, with a little slice cut and served loose, on a Reutter's Porzellan blue rimmed side plate. The main cake is secured onto the dish and a loose knife is included. Perfect for afternoon tea in your dollhouse or diorama.
The definitive Victoria ( re Queen Victoria) sponge cake is two sponges sandwiched together with cream and jam, and the top dusted with icing (powdered) sugar. It is also referred to as a Victorian sandwich cake.
Ideal for collectors, each cake is entirely hand made by me with exacting attention to detail.
Please be aware small items can pose a choking hazard for small children. Parental discretion advised.
A note: The process of making this cake was inspired by Maive Ferrando's book Miniature Cake Creations.
