I do my best to make the descriptions of the items as complete as possible and to let the pictures show as much of the detail of the product as possible. Please review the pictures carefully for any flaws as they are part of the description. If you have further request before buying, please do not hesitate to contact me.

* Payments is processed via ETSY directly.

* DesDesVintage ships worldwide from Switzerland, Please see item details for exact shipping times. Please check announcement for any temporary shipping time changes.

*To keep your costs to a minimum, items are shipped without tracking. Swiss Post s extra for tracking. You can add tracking by updating the shipping. Tracking comes with limited insurance.

*You are responsible for any international customs , VAT or taxes at the destination country. Delay may occur due to hold up at customs. DesDesVintage does not take responsibility for any delays at customs.

*I do my upmost to pack well and properly. However, sometime fragile items do break during shipping. Therefore, for fragile and/or expensive items, I recommend you opt shipping with insurance which is possible when you add tracking via the upgrade.

*I will gladly combine shipping for more than one item. Please let me know which items you would like to purchase and I will work out the most economical way to ship them.

*To reduces environmental footprint, I try to recycle shipping materials, use less plastic and aim to use biodegradable packaging whenever possible. However, I ensure all items are packed well for a safe delivery.
