Instructions for working with soap base:

Prepare the dishes for work.
If the base will melt in a water bath, it is advisable to use stainless steel dishes. If in the microwave, heat-resistant plastic is best.
To melt the soap base evenly, you need to cut it into small cubes. Size approximately 1.5*1.5cm.
Heat the soap base in a water bath to 70-75 degrees. Do not bring the starting material to a boil to avoid loss of moisture and weight.
Add coloring and aroma to the melted base. Stir and let cool to 55-60 degrees (the mass should become less fluid).
Stir again before draining. Pour the base into the mold in a thin stream, preferably through a strainer.
After complete hardening, carefully remove the finished soap and enjoy the result of your work.
If you do not plan to use the soap you made right away, wrap it in cling film or stretch film and place it in a dry, dark place. Also, after a layer of film, you can wrap it in paper. This way the soap will be better preserved and will not lose or attract excess moisture.
