The board is handcrafted from recycled wood and its balls made of paper mache, this makes it a unique and sustainable choice for eco friendly housewarming gifts.

The solitary Bastille, is a board game that is played alone, usually on a special board in which there are holes arranged in the shape of a cross or octagon. Initially all the holes, except the central one, are occupied by pegs or marbles (hereinafter generically called pawns). The aim of the game is to eliminate from the board all the counters except one, which must occupy the hole in a central position. The only move allowed is to "jump" a piece (horizontally or vertically, but not diagonally), which is then "eaten".

Upcycled materials are in good condition and thoroughly cleaned (washed or cleaned with steam) before use.
